Ford Fusion engine choices include the gasoline 1.4 MT with a manual gearbox and the gasoline 1.6 AT with an automatic for easier driving in traffic. The diesel 1.4 Powershift uses a robotic transmission, which automates clutch operation and gear selection but may pause between shifts. These examples all have front-wheel drive.
