Changan Raeton Specs, Engines & Dimensions (2013–2017) — First Generation
The first-generation Changan Raeton is a Sedan for everyday driving. You get a conventional four-door layout here, and the examples on this page use gasoline power with front-wheel drive rather than a crossover format.
These Changan Raeton engine examples use a 1.8 gasoline unit and two transmissions. Choose the 1.8 AT if you want an automatic and front-wheel drive in traffic, or the 1.8 MT for a manual on the same powertrain. Other versions may sit beyond these two.
On the 1.8 AT, Changan Raeton trim levels include Comfort and Elite. Those packages change cabin and convenience equipment on the same automatic, front-wheel-drive Sedan, so you can pick more kit without changing the engine. A higher trim usually adds features, not a different drivetrain.
