Sparrow carries an Enerdel 20 KWH Lithium Ion Manganese Cobalt battery pack with 144 volts. The Automotive validated cases are made in the USA and weigh in at 377 lbs total. This is the same system that powers the amazing Lightning Superbike LS218.
We situated the battery pack low and between the two front wheels to keep the weight inside the triangle of the Sparrow’s footprint. This give the best possible center of gravity and low center of roll. The Sparrow offers a very stable ride and wonderful handling characteristics.
